The All Inclusive system includes:

- breakfast, lunch, dinner, late dinner¸ light snacks throughout the day;
- soft drinks and local alcoholic beverages. Alcoholic beverages are served from 10:00 to 24:00; wine is served only during lunch and dinner in the main restaurant;
- all drinks are served in glasses, goblets or cups;
- visits to the a la carte restaurants offered by the hotel for dinner - one visit per holiday period upon prior reservation (when staying at the hotel for at least 7 days);
- bottled water is delivered to the room daily;
- tea and coffee making facilities;
- mini bar - soft drinks are provided once per holiday period; further replenishment - for an additional fee;
- ice cream.

The All Inclusive system does not include:

- imported alcoholic beverages, local premium alcoholic beverages, sparkling wines;
- bottled and canned drinks (both local and imported);
- ordering food and drinks to the room;
- repeat visits to a la carte restaurants;
- replenishment of the mini-bar;
- freshly squeezed juices;
- Plage Cleopatra - meals;
- organization of individual or festive events.

Dress code: elegant casual style - mandatory when visiting the main restaurant and à la carte restaurants for dinner.
