Clients have to contact 1 week before arrival (regardless of arrival time) by phone 96 585 7060 or by email info@beninter.com The collection of the keys is in Ibiza Street 6, Benidorm. Hours from Monday to Sunday 9:30 to 13:30 and 16:00 to 20:00. If they arrive outside of office hours, the keys will leave in a safe, next to office and hotel will send the code to open it by SMS. The €200 damage deposit is paid by card. One week before arrival hotel will send a link for the payment deposit. The refund will be made to the same credit card charged no later than 7 days after departure, if there were no incidents.
