The hotel is located on a large, well-kept area and is actually divided into two zones: one is intended only for adults, the other is common, including families with children. The adults-only zone has separate infrastructure - swimming pools, restaurants and bars, available exclusively to guests over 18 years old. Common areas include family pools, a playground, a water park with water slides, a kids' club and restaurants for all guests. Families have plenty of entertainment: a water park, a play area, an escape room, a kids' club and sports - all near the buildings of the family zone. Adults have access to a more relaxing holiday: special pools, the Eden bar, the Club Heaven disco and signature restaurants with international and Mexican cuisine. The pools are located both on the beach and in both zones: family pools with water activities, and adults' "quiet" zones with a jacuzzi and sun loungers by the water.
