The hotel was opened in 1995. Last renovation - 2020. The hotel is undergoing cosmetic repairs as needed.   The territory of the hotel is divided into two parts: the first coastline - Front Area and the second coastline - Villa Area. On the first line is the main two-story building and six three-story buildings. There are no lifts. The second line consists of a complex of two-story buildings.   In total, the hotel has 401 rooms: on the first line of the hotel - 280 rooms, on the second line - 121 rooms.   Availability of rooms for people with disabilities - 4 rooms: 2 rooms on the second line - Premium Room GV 2nd Line; 2 rooms on the first line - Premium Rooms. On request.   Adjoining rooms are pairs of Premium Rooms. On request.
