The Ultra All Inclusive concept includes:
- meals at the Brasserie Mosaic;
- breakfast at the Grab & Run and Greek Breakfast Corner;
- lunch at the Italian Deli and Payot Bar;
- snacks at the Olivia Bar and Payot Bar;
- dinner at the A la Carte Restaurants: Ariadni Taste of Crete Restaurant, Italian Deli Restaurant, On the Rocks BBQ, Cafe de Paris, Flame Restaurant, Peschetaria Restaurant, Vegetarian Restaurant and Payot Bar. A la Carte Restaurants operate upon availability & need booking in advance (for every 4/5 nights of stay - 1 restaurant are included, for every 7 nights of stay - 4 restaurants , for every 10 nights of stay - 6 restaurants, for every 14 nights of stay - 8 restaurants);
- ice cream;
- drinks in the restaurants: wine (white, rose and red), beers, soft drinks and mineral waters;
- drinks in the bars: various coffees, soft drinks, juices, tea selection, house wine, draught beer and cocktails.
