The Preferred All-Inclusive system includes:
- breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks throughout the day;
- soft drinks and alcoholic drinks of local production (alcoholic drinks are served from 10:00 to 24:00);
- dinner in one of the à la carte restaurants (Italian or national cuisine) during the holiday (subject to a stay of at least 7 nights, with prior reservation and subject to availability);
- all drinks are served in glasses, goblets or cups;
- daily delivery of bottled water to the room;
- tea and coffee making set in the room;
- ice cream for children under 14 years old at specified times.

The Preferred All-Inclusive system does not include:
- imported alcoholic drinks, local premium alcoholic drinks, sparkling wines;
- drinks in bottles and cans (both local and imported);
- ordering food and drinks to the room;
- replenishment of the mini-bar;
- service in the White Cruiser restaurant a la carte;
- lobby bar services from 00:00 to 09:00;
- special types of coffee (Turkish coffee, cappuccino, espresso, etc.);
- freshly squeezed juices;
- ice cream for adults and ice cream brands that are not included in the general assortment;
- organization of individual or festive events.
